Established 2011, CrossFit Vaal is the original CrossFit affiliate of the Vaal. True to its roots as always, we believe in no-frills training, camaraderie, community, and the endless development of health and fitness. We pride ourselves in our community, the second family & our awesome facility! Our focus is to provide a 360 approach to training, with dedicated coaching, guidance on nutrition, mobility, training & general lifestyle elements for health and wellness. Every session is guided through with qualified coaches to ensure form and technique are maintained consistently. We keep it simple, yet effective, a no non-sense approach to training.

Our approach includes compound movements through the power lifts (powerlifting), the incorporation of weightlifting, kettlebells, bodybuilding & bodyweight (aka gymnastics) movements & some good old fashioned no non-sense approach to strength & conditioning.
